We’re excited to welcome Matt Welle, CEO of Mews, to the FutureTravel Summit 2025.
Matt leads Mews, the hospitality cloud platform now used by over 12,500 properties in 85 countries. A recognised unicorn in the hospitality tech space, Mews provides hotels and accommodation providers with the tools to automate operations, personalise guest experiences, and connect seamlessly with the broader travel ecosystem.
Matt spent more than a decade at Hilton, when he realised the hotel management system he needed didn’t exist yet. And so he joined the Mews journey at its beginning in 2012. Since then, he has guided the company through rapid international growth, strategic acquisitions, and several funding rounds, building a team of over 1,250 employees across Europe, the United States, and Australia.
