We’re excited to welcome Charlie Delamare, Director of Product and Engineering, Commercial Systems at Mews to the FutureTravel Summit this October in Barcelona.
Before joining Mews, Charlie was already familiar with their technology. He worked in London as a Business Improvement Manager for a group of backpacker hostels. There, he learned how to quickly identify inefficiency with low-code tools and Mews automations. He then became an insider, joining Mews as a Solutions Architect, spending years helping hoteliers get more out of their tech stack.
Today he runs the same playbook inside Mews: automating and streamlining the systems – and increasingly the AI agents – behind sales and go-to-market and building the agent infrastructure to do more of it.
At the FutureTravel Summit, Charlie will be joining an open-mic session called “AI Honestly.” AI Honestly is the section of the FutureTravel newsletter where readers can send in their questions about AI and experts who are building with it everyday answer them in plain language, without jargon, complex terms or vague promises.
