We’re excited to welcome Jie Zheng, Technology Team Lead at TUI‘s Innovation Hub – Sourcing, to the FutureTravel Summit 2026.
Jie leads a team of product, data science, and AI engineering specialists, focused on turning emerging technology into practical business value and making innovation accessible across the company. As an open innovation champion and Innovation Fellow with Grow London, she is doing her part in scaling innovation.
Her team’s mission is to help the organization make better decisions across three areas: buy, build, and community. This means understanding when to adopt the best existing solutions, when to create something new, and how to build a community of colleagues, partners, and practitioners around a shared purpose.
At the FutureTravel Summit, Jie will join our live “AI, honestly” panel, sharing real use cases and behind-the-scenes lessons from implementing AI in travel.
Join us in Barcelona on October 29 to hear it live!
