We’re excited to welcome Bruce Poon Tip, Founder of G Adventures, to the FutureTravel Summit 2026.
Bruce founded G Adventures in 1990, after a backpacking trip through Asia, at just 22 and with two maxed-out credit cards. Today it’s the world’s largest small-group adventure travel company, welcoming more than 200,000 travellers a year across 100+ countries.
Bruce is best known for “communityship,” the community-first philosophy he built G Adventures’ culture around, and for founding the Planeterra Foundation, which has channelled traveller spending into more than 160 community development projects worldwide.
At the FutureTravel Summit, Bruce will deliver a keynote on communityship and travel’s power to be a force for good, exploring what happens when a community of agents, suppliers, travellers, and employees comes together around a shared purpose.
